Richwood Fair...

This was Emma's first putt putt experience...ow boy was it interesting for mommy to watch. Of course she was about doing it all by herself!! I tried to get daddy to come watch, but he was busy working. Ow boy Emma do we have a lot of work to do to get you ready for the PGA. She actually knew exactly what to do, but I could not get her to stand on the side of the ball, but that is allright, she would hit the ball, again, and again and again and then realized she needed to get it in the hole so she would put the ball right up close to the hole and then hit it in, a smart girl she was!!

Of course many rides were involved. The Richwood Fair didn't have as many for little kids, but we found a few. She really liked this ride, until she figured out the red thing in the middle makes you turn and she started turning herself and then got scared.
This was quite hysterical!!! She wanted to go down the big slide so I said OK..very nervously. She took her shoes off and said bye mommy. I watched her climb all the way up to the top and then the screams started, she looked down from the top to see how high she actually was. I tried to get her to go down backwards, but it was not happening. So mommy went to the top and brought her back down. Maybe next time...

So Emma has really aquired a love for pigs. We spent a long time in the pig barn and she loves talking to them and checking them all out. I have never really liked them, but they are growing on me now... they kinda have too.

The fair does a nice job of having mums around and hay getting that fall look started. So, I had daddy and Emma pose for a little picture. They were checking out some animals though instead of looking at the camera... ow well.

I love this picture I captured of Emma and her mammaw. Marvin also works the fair for EMA with Brad. So, last night Sharon came up with Marvin since she knew we were going to be there. Sharon's health is not the best, she has parkinson's and her memory is not the best so I capture as many pics as I can of the two of them. Emma loves helping her mammaw!
There was another funny story from last night. We were sitting at the picnic table eating supper and Emma says she is ready for rides. She starts walking around and well... she sees an older gentleman walking towards her with white hair and a white beard. She immediately comes running towards me and starts crying and says I scared mommy, no santa. I just started cracking up!!! We have not even talked about Santa, so not sure how she remembered from last year, but I guess maybe she did. So, I am sure that Christmas will be interesting this year..we may have to take a far away photo with Santa.
