What an awesome day!! I could not of asked for a better day with Emma. It was almost like she knew that it was a special day for her and me...the day started out great, Emma colored me a picture and gave me a big hug and kiss when she woke up and with the help of daddy of course, got us tickets to go and see Disney Live in October. Thank you daddy and Emma!! She was awesome at church and then we went to lunch with his mom at olive garden. Emma was just hugging and kissing on me all day and of course I was eating it up!!! She wanted to hold my hand when we walked and just be with me. When she got up from her nap we went and bought her a swingset(daddy is going to have fun putting it together)and then visited with my sister for a bit. I even let her stay up later at night just because I didnt want the day to end...I love Emma Karen with all my heart and I treasure each and every moment with her. I never had the opportunity to know what a mother daugther bond can be like growing up since my mom died suddenly when I was in 3rd grade. I know though without a doubt that I will have that bondwith Emma...thank you God for blessing me with this little girl that will be 2 next week..how time flies..
